Pickled asparagus
Pickled jalapeno slices (for nachos)
Plain cream cheese
Press a slice of ham between paper towel to rid of excess moisture. Cover one side with a thin layer of cream cheese. on one end lay a asparagus spear and jalapeno slices. (Note: I slice one side of my slices so they are long & remove the seeds) Roll tightly. Secure with toothpicks & cut into individual pieces. Chill before serving.
