Spin Arti

2 (6 oz.) jars artichoke hearts, chopped
1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach (thaw and drain thoroughly)
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c mayonnaise
3/4 c grated parmesan cheese
3/4 c grated cheddar cheese
3/4 c grated swiss cheese

Preheat oven to 375F.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place into a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly. Good served with sourdough bread. (I like it with crostini from Harmons.)
