Chocolate Pecan Pie

1/3 c cocoa
4 c sugar
1 c flour
2 c water
1 - 12 oz. can evaporated milk
1 T vanilla
2 c pecan halves
2 deep dish pie crusts

Combine sugar, flour & butter; mix until it is the consistency of corn meal. In a large sauce pan combine cocoa & water. Mix until cocoa is fully dissolved then add the evaporated milk & bring to a boil. After the cocoa & water have come to a boil add the flour mixture. Then add the vanilla & nuts. Pour into pie crusts & bake at 350F for approximately 45 minutes.
